The Mode Impulse is a remote dimmer that can be operated by any momentary or centre retractive type switch. A single switch can be used to provide On, Off, Dim Up, Dim Down operation. Two switches on one plate can be used to provide On and Dim Up from one switch and Off and Dim down from the second switch. It can also be used for multi-position, multi-gang dimming control. The Impulse is available as a 500 watt or 1000 watt unit and will reliably control all types of resistive or inductive dimmable loads. A 1000W 1-10 Volt version (ID-00-01) is also available for switching and 1-10 Volt dimming controls. The Impulse does not require a neutral connection and is therefore ideal for refurbishment projects utilizing the existing wiring to a standard switch plate. All Mode products are guaranteed for a two year period.
